Link Photos to Customer File
Easily recognize clients by linking photos saved on the computer to their customer file in SalonBiz®/SpaBiz®. SBImage will browse and display the location of the images. View the thumbnails to display all of the images saved in the selected location. Then simply select the customer and link the image. View customer images any time by accessing their customer file and clicking on the Pictures tab. Once in the pictures tab, browse all the saved pictures for any customer by using the Previous and Next buttons.

Link Photos to Staff File
Linking images to the staff file will help new staff members quickly recognize other people on their team. This feature is great for new front desk team members and call centers. Allows the salon owner keep up with ever changing trends and image transformations for each service team member. Linking photos to staff members works exactly the same as linking images for clients. SBImage will browse and view the thumbnails to display all of the images saved in the selected location. Then simply select the staff member and link the image. View the service staff images any time by accessing their staff information from the appointment book and clicking on the Pictures tab. Once in the pictures tab,you browse all of your pictures by using the Previous and Next buttons.

Editing Photos
SBImage also provides a simple photo editing and cropping utility to format images to conform to the SalonBiz®/SpaBiz® standards. Using a basic file interface system to load and save the images, there is no need for any additional external software. The Edit screen, allows users to crop, lighten and darken the image, rotate, print and save the image to the customer or staff file. Users also have the ability to edit and delete existing images from a customer or staff file.

Do I need a professional digital camera?
No, you can use any camera with the capability to save to your computer. Even cellular phones with a camera feature will work.

Can I load more than one photo per customer?
Yes, you can link as many or few photos as you like (based on your hardware limitations).

What if I cannot find my pictures?
Make sure to save pictures in folders you can easily find on your computer. Try to limit the size and number of pictures in each folder to minimize upload time. You can always organize folders by month or alphabetically by last name.

Will I need additional programs for editing pictures?
No, SBImage provides a simple photo editing and cropping utility to format the images to conform to the SalonBiz®/SpaBiz® standards. Using a basic file interface system to load and save the images, so there are no external software interfaces needed.

What if I make a mistake?
Mistakes can always be corrected. Editing photos is easy on new customer and staff images as well as existing images.
